OUR PROCESS 

We create silk screens with your design burned into the fine mesh. Special ink is then pushed through the mesh with a squeegy, directly onto the fabric. The garment is then sent into a huge dryer to be cured. We repeat this process for each colour until the finished product is ready.

OUR PRICING

More print colours = more costs. The more you print, the cheaper it gets. We have a minimum of 26 pieces per design with screen printing. As you increase your quantity you'll see huge savings. Use our designer tool to customise your product and view the bulk quantity savings.

OUR HOT TIPS

Screen printing t-shirts is great for block colours, bold detail, colour matching and shapes. When it comes to print files, size matters! Please supply your art as vector at 300dpi or above. Remove outlines from text.  If you need to remove the background you can do so using our designer tool.

Screen printing enables us to create bold and bright garments that will last a very long time. The print sits on top of the fabric (ink dependent) and is relatively soft to the touch.

 

There's a few steps to take to ensure a long and happy life for all screen prints. 

  • Use the delicate mode on your washing machine with a cold wash 
  • Turn your garments inside out to wash 
  • Do not iron the print - if you must iron, please turn inside out
  • Do not tumble dry - they prefer fresh air but not direct sunlight
