Items that are faulty/damaged or have a faulty print may only be returned.
Please note, no returns are accepted after 14 days of receipt of purchase.
We cannot accept items that have noticeable wear, smells or makeup stains.

In the unlikely event you're unhappy with your order please follow these instructions to return: Email us with:

- Order number

- Date of purchase

- What you'd like to return

- Why you want to return it

- A photo highlighting the fault/damage


Once we received this we'll organise a replacement or refund for you if the order meets our user agreement/return policy. You may be required to return the product back to us.

Most computer screens are not colour correct. We will aim to match your design as closely as possible using a Photoshop PMS match. 

To ensure accuracy please provie PMS reference for all your print colours. Our mocks are INDICATIVE ONLY, please be aware that the proportional size of the print will vary across different garment sizes. We recommend measuring the listed print size against a garment to ensure our are satisfied with the print size listed. 

Even though we are great care with the preparation of your job, final production approval responsibility rests with you. We are unable to begin production until we've received confirmation approval from you in writiing (email is preferred). We understand that mistakes happen and as a way of minimising this, we've created mockups for you. Please let us know if you'd like anything amended or changed. Please contact your sales representative if you are unsure of any details on your mock. 

Please note, we do not refund or exchange for errors in approved proofs, errors from non 'print ready' artwork, shipping or stock delays or if the customer chooses the wrong garment size.

Please ensure that your artwork, quantities and shipping details are correct before payment is made. We do not accept returns for errors made by any of our couriers when we have dispatched to the correct address.
